Four industry pioneers merged their legacies and visions to create something greater: to redefine what IoT means in the context of smart utilities. The result was Wioniq – an innovative company with one integrated platform designed not just to connect data, but to turn it into real‑world intelligence, efficiency, and impact at scale. By aligning brand identity with global growth targets, More Alliance ensured that Wioniq launched with the clarity, consistency, and creativity required to lead the smart solutions market.

The Complexity of Unity
• Background: Wioniq provides smart IoT solutions for utilities through a proactive, decision‑support platform that helps municipalities and businesses optimize water, energy, and building systems using real‑time data. The company was formed through the merger of four industry pioneers from different countries and cultures.
• The Challenge: The primary challenge was the short timeframe to launch a new company brand across multiple markets following the merger. The client needed to introduce a cohesive brand, website, marketing materials, and shared design system – while simultaneously beginning to build a common culture, engagement, and pride across the newly formed organization.
• The Actual Need: Beyond a new name and logo, Wioniq required a comprehensive strategic sparring partner. The deeper challenge was to define a unified “way of going to market” that will support growth from tens of thousands of devices to a target of 300,000.

Integrated Delivery
More Alliance deployed a cross-functional team, breaking down silos to act as a single strategic partner. We integrated expertise across strategy, creativity, web development, PR, and digital performance to ensure the brand resonated globally from day one. Participating agencies were Start Communication, Understandit, Tion Digital and More PR.
